Vishwa is co-founder of VIKA counselling and is a ACA-registered counsellor with extensive experience in supporting adults through a wide range of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and grief. She is committed to creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can openly explore their concerns and work collaboratively towards meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience in training professionals, including coaching nurses and mental health workers, Vishwa is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on her clients' lives.

Co-founder
Kashish Chugh
Kashish Chugh is the co-founder of ViKa Counselling and a Melbourne-based counsellor known for her warm, culturally sensitive, and deeply human approach to therapy. She is a PACFA and ACA registered practitioner currently completing her postgraduate counselling training at Monash University, bringing both academic rigour and grounded compassion into her clinical work.

Kashish has supported clients across both India and Australia in private practice, community, and educational settings. Her clients include students, professionals, caregivers, creatives, and migrants — many of whom describe her as someone who helps them feel heard, held, and empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves.
​
Kashish is especially attuned to individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, identity questions, and life transitions. She also works with couples using the Gottman Method and integrates practical strategies with presence-led support to help her clients move through uncertainty with resilience.

As a therapist and mental health advocate, she has also led over 200 individuals through psychoeducational workshops focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal growth. She is the founder of Mentify Foundation, a youth-led mental health organisation in India that offers therapy services, internships, and large-scale awareness programs.
